From their tag to their journal
Choose the QR option on the back of a tag in the atelier. Each paid QR tag gets a unique public code for engraving and a separate private activation card in its package.
When your tag arrives, open your owner account, keep your account recovery key, and enter the code from the card. Choose a new pet, or link the tag to a pet you already manage. Multiple tags linked to the same pet share that pet’s journal allowance.
You choose what a scan reveals.
Your drafts and new journal entries start private. Publish selected profile details and choose which moments to share. A finder can leave a private report in your owner inbox. The tag does not track your pet’s location.
Pause a lost tag from your account. If you transfer the tag, the new owner does not receive your pet’s private photos or journal.
Your photos and your copy
Upload JPEG, PNG or WebP photos. Original files, display copies and entry text count toward the allowance. The storage meter in your journal shows your usage. Remove an entry to free space.
